Sport Poses

Here are a few sport poses. Great idea too. Really dynamic poses but had to draw pretty much from memory since the poses were so fast. I have some from football, hockey, and UFC or wrestling.

Sketchin' for Easton

Today was fun and much better than last Wednesday. Got a diverse amount of people to sketch with from older to younger. Went to the Food Court first, then to a bench right outside Max and Erma's. Finally, I went outside after it rained to the water fountains. Some birds, parents and their kids, really good reference. Hope next Monday is just as good.

Still need to practice curvilinear lines though. >_<

Watercolor Poses assignment

Here are some water color sketches done at the Crane.

Facial Expressions

Here's some facial expressions I drew for the class. Really enjoyed this and may do this more often. Some are still pretty... well looks painful but hope to fix easier when I go to pencil.

Silhouettes

These were actually kinda embarrassing to do. I never realized how profiled my scenes were drawn. It was bad that this was the second day at Lennox to be silhouetted. Just didn't make it up to my potential that day. Better luck at Easton I hope. ^_^

Lennox part II

This not was not as extensive as the previous sketches at Lennox. Went to Johnny Rockect's, Cup of Joe, and Meijer. Need to work on simplistic lines and shapes.

Lennox Cafe Sketch

So we went to Lennox and sketched out at different places around the theater. I went to Barnes and Noble for awhile. Then, I headed outside to Cup of Joe's. Last, I went to Meijer's and that one seem to be the most successful. Lots of people coming in and out of the store.

*edit* Humm... it seems that the order is reversed. I gotta fix that. Guy reading at the bottom is the 1st image.

Here's the next batch of sketches:
